Granigliato
It is possible to clad a building with finished slabs in all naturally occurring grit tones. These can also be combined in unlimited proportions to give the desired colour effects. Marbles and granites are screened and available in numerous sizes, enriching the expressive possibilities. There is therefore no theoretical limit to the range of colours to choose from.
Added to this is the fact that in nature the same quarry can provide different shades of the same material, enhancing a finish that can be considered unique each time. The search for new aesthetic solutions has led the Zecca Group to create slabs with bichromatic and modular compositions. In fact, there is the possibility of separating sectors of different grits with shutters even on the same manufactured product. The latest expression of flexibility of the Zecca Group to the needs of its customers has led to the creation of a slab that summarises in the same manufactured product the gravel finish with the ribbed lotivo.
Ghiaietto
This is one of the first techniques used for the finishing of cladding slabs. The surface of these artefacts emphasises the river gravel in its most natural appearance. In addition to the effective aesthetic effect, these finishes have considerable advantages in that they are maintenance-free.
In fact, river gravel is used in its natural sieving; it has no cracks in the individual stones, which are naturally rounded. The Zecca Group uses all available types of material to meet different finishing requirements. In particular, we use pieces with a dominant colour and secondary components that enrich and give the typical natural appearance suitable for the requirements of commercial and industrial buildings.
