The Company

Zecca Prefabbricati spa Company, born in the 50s, developed and acquired its experience and know-how in Construction and concentrated most of its activities in the field of precast concrete elements for industrial buildings, civil buildings, as well as infrastructure sector.

Now the Zecca Group has reached a leading position in Italian precasting market with its four internal division: Precasting, Turnkey project, Engineering Works and Coating system.

A constant commitment to research and experimentation of new technologies and materials, but also the utmost rigour in terms of environmental safety.

These are the values that have enabled the Mint Group to distinguish itself internationally and win prestigious domestic and foreign contracts for public and private works.

The production of prefabricated artifacts destinated to industrial, civil and infastructure construction industry represents the main activity of the Zecca Group. More than fifty years of exprerience together with a significant errand of rereading in a modern key of the prefabrication costruction modality, have lead the development of a complete and versatile catalogue.

Engineering works

Infrastructures and engineering works.

Gruppo Zecca builds bridges, viaducts, decks, parking, water and sewering facilities. During decades Zecca carried out projects in partnership or as General Contractor. Precasting of bridge decks is our particular ability, with prestressed and reinforced concrete beams up to 34 mt.

Turnkey project

Only one partner, for every size projects.

Gruppo Zecca can provide a high level assistance and turnkey service: from engineering and design, process of production and building erection and finishing. Standard or detailed projects can be accomplished by a single contractor, qualified by technical and procurement staff. An approach that optimizes resources and planning.

PIZ (an acronym for “Pannelli Isolanti Zecca”) is an innovative patented and certified cladding system, available in a wide range of aesthetic finishes and colours, with particular attention to design flexibility and visual appeal.

Ideal for commercial, industrial and residential applications, it adapts perfectly to the specific requirements of any building. This system combines a layer of insulating material with a thin external layer of coloured glass fibre reinforced mortar, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance. The combination of materials used in PIZ guarantees high insulating performance as well as long-lasting aesthetic and mechanical durability.
